Didn’t love what you ordered? Changed your mind after delivery? No worries — at Deziworkz, we understand that fashion and lifestyle purchases are personal choices, and preferences can change. We value your trust and want you to feel confident about every purchase you make with us.

To ensure a smooth experience, we offer a simple return process. Eligible returns will be issued as a refund coupon code equivalent to the product value for future purchases.


3-Step Return Process

Inform Us

  • Email us at shivali@deziworkz.in
  • within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • Include the product name and clear images showing the reason for return.
  • Our team will review and confirm your return request.

Return the Product

After approval, ship the product back within 5 days.

Ensure the item is:

  • Unused
  • In original condition
  • With original packaging intact
  • Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer.
  • Use a reliable courier service and share tracking details.

⚠️ Returns without original packaging or with damage will not be eligible for refund.


Refund Processing

  • Once we receive the returned package, we will confirm receipt within 24–48 hours.
  • After quality inspection, a refund coupon code will be issued as per policy.
  • Order Cancellation Policy
  • Orders are typically processed within 2 hours of placement.
  • Cancellation is allowed only before the order is shipped.
  • For COD orders, confirmation may be required before dispatch.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

  • Prepaid orders cancelled before shipping:
  • Refund to original payment mode or
  • Refund coupon code (customer choice)
  • 5% deduction may apply toward payment gateway charges.

Refund Policy

Mode of Refund

  • Refunds are issued only as a coupon code.
  • One-time use only.
  • Valid for 1 year from date of issue.
  • Applicable Deductions
  • The following deductions may apply:
  • ₹250 for prepaid orders not accepted (forward & return shipping).
  • ₹125 shipping deduction if shipping was waived under an offer.
  • 5% payment gateway charges for certain prepaid cancellations.
  • No bank transfers or refunds to original payment source will be provided for undelivered or returned packages.
  • Coupon Code Conditions
  • Coupon codes are single-use only.
  • Cannot be combined with other offers.
  • If an order placed using a coupon code is not accepted, the coupon will expire.
  • Maximum of two refund codes may be issued against the same original order.

Eligibility for Returns

Eligible:

  • Unused products in original packaging
  • Return request raised within 48 hours
  • Product received by us within 5 days of approval

Not Eligible:

  • Used or damaged items
  • Products without original packaging
  • Late return requests
  • Items returned after the allowed timeframe
  • Items not eligible for refund can be shipped back to you at ₹125 shipping cost.

Refund Timeline

  • Coupon code issued within 3 working days after return approval or cancellation confirmation.
  • Coupon usable only if no other offer code is applied during purchase.

Damaged Product Policy

All products undergo multiple quality checks. However, if you receive a damaged item due to transit:


Step 1: Report Within 48 Hours

  • Email shivali@deziworkz.in with: Unboxing video or clear images
  • Description of the issue

Step 2: Reverse Pickup (India Only)

  • If approved, reverse pickup will be arranged at no extra cost.
  • Pickup will be attempted within 24 hours.
  • If pickup fails, customer must ship the product at their expense.

Step 3: Resolution

  • After receiving the product:
  • Replacement (subject to availability), or
  • Refund coupon code equivalent to product value

No monetary refund will be provided in damage cases.


Important Notes

  • Token amounts for COD orders are non-refundable if orders are refused or returned.
  • Excess token amounts (above ₹250) may be issued as a refund coupon code.
  • Refund codes cannot be reused once expired.
