We make sure every order reaches you carefully and on time. Here's everything you need to know before you shop. We currently deliver within India only — no international shipping.

Delivery details

Processing time — Orders are usually dispatched within 1 working day of confirmation. You'll receive an email once your order is on its way.

Shipping charges — Delivery is free on all prepaid orders within India. For kansa products, delivery charges are already included in the product price. A ₹125 shipping & cash-handling charge applies to Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

Delivery window — Metro cities: 2–3 business days; other cities: 5–7 business days from dispatch. Timelines may vary slightly depending on your location and courier availability.

Tracking your order — Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via email or SMS. Use it to follow your package in real time.

Payment methods

Cash on delivery (COD) — Pay in cash when your order arrives at your doorstep (₹125 COD charge applies).

Online payment — Pay securely via UPI, debit/credit cards or net banking at checkout.

All online transactions are processed through a secure payment gateway. Your payment details are never stored on our servers.

Made to Order tag

Certain products on our store are crafted especially for you and will carry a Made to Order tag on the product page. These items are created fresh after your purchase and may require additional production time before dispatch. The estimated timeline will be clearly mentioned on the product page. Made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

Safe delivery promise

Our kansa thali sets are packed in sturdy thermocol inner packing, so damage in transit is very rare. If an item arrives damaged, report it within 48 hours with an unboxing video and we will arrange a free reverse pickup and a replacement or store credit.

A few things to keep in mind

Public holidays and high-demand seasons may slightly extend delivery timelines. Please ensure your delivery address and a valid 10-digit mobile number are correct at checkout — deliveries are OTP-verified.
