Order Dispatch

  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 working day.
  • Once shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.
  • In case of any delay in processing, our team will notify you with updated timelines.


Order Tracking

  • After dispatch, you will receive:

  • AWB (Air Waybill) number
  • You can use these details to track your shipment in real time.


Estimated Delivery Time

Within India

  • Metro cities: 2–3 business days
  • Non-metro cities: 5–7 business days
  • Delivery timelines begin after dispatch. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, operational issues, or regional restrictions.
  • OTP-Based Delivery Requirement
  • A valid 10-digit Indian mobile number is mandatory for delivery.
  • Our logistics partners follow OTP-based delivery verification.
  • Failure to provide OTP may result in non-delivery.
  • If the package is returned due to OTP failure:
  • Reshipping charges will be borne by the customer.

International Shipping

  • Shipping is on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis.
  • Customs Duties & Import Taxes (International Orders)
  • Product prices and shipping charges do not include import duties or taxes.
  • The recipient is responsible for paying:

  • Failure to pay customs duties may result in:
  • Shipment being held at customs
  • Return to our warehouse
